Position: Operator (Native Korean speaker)

[Job Responsibilities]
Work is done with computer, phone, and email.

  • Preparing quotes
  • Arranging travel services (transportation, accommodations, activities)
  • Processing reservations (transportation, accommodations, activities)

Note: No direct communication with clients. Most internal communication is conducted in English.

[Mandatory Requirements]

  • Korean native speaker (Korean national)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Comfortable with communication in English

[Preferred Qualifications]

  • Experience as an inbound travel agency operator

[Working Conditions]

  • Work Hours:Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (Lunch Break: 1:00 PM–2:00 PM)
  • Days Off:Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
  • Location:Hongdae Station, Mapo-gu, Seoul, South Korea
